Enjoy and live your BEST life in 2012!

I'm honored to be the first one to "blog" in 2012.  The New Year ushers in a plethora of emotions and feelings!  Certainly inspiring thoughts and asanas of new beginnings and starting over.  Perhaps in your daily practice now, focus on postures that open the heart and promote feelings of openness to new ways of being in the world. 

And it's never too late!  Each year, month, week, day, hour, minute, second we have an opportunity to regroup and set our intention.  We do that every time we practice yoga.   I love these words . . . so appropriate at this time of year.   Enjoy and live your BEST life in 2012!
